Charties - About Us
TCOTLJC Charities is a ministry of The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. We will provide services to help fulfill the need of members and non-members alike. As we begin this journey, our goal is to be in position to reach people in Harris and the surrounding counties, to provide assistance to the most vulnerable people affected by homelessness, food insecurity, educational deficits, and other chronic needs. We will also build to be a focal point to provide humanitarian relief when conflicts, natural causes, and natural disasters disrupt the normal way of life.
We will work in cooperation with member and associate member churches, nonprofits, and other aid agencies to extend our reach. We seek to establish partnerships with the people in the communities we serve. The population of the affected areas will be our greatest resources.
Our committee is made up of dedicated individuals who see the need to have a local charitable organization that can be effectively accommodating with multiple life-sustaining capabilities.
