What We Believe...
We believe TCOTLJC started on the Day of Pentecost. After the outpouring of the Holy Ghost, it was from that time that the Lord added to the church daily.
We are built upon the foundation of the Apostles and Prophets where Jesus Christ himself is the chief cornerstone.
We are not representing any particular location, but rather that spiritual tabernacle which the Lord pitched and not man.
We have sought to create a welcoming environment paired with a loving outreach ministry. Through our programs for people of all ages and trades, we pray that all who encounter us come together in faith and prosper in spiritual and everyday life.
Our mission is to spread God's love in truth and in deeds of the word of God. We have a message of acceptance for all people. We seek to bring people together under a common understanding of faith, while our outreach programs effectively aid our members and community.

We believe that you come as you are, and that faith in the operation of God is what changes the heart and mind of individuals.

We believe as the scripture says that one must repent and be baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins.

We believe and have experienced that the promise of the Holy Spirit is unto all who can believe and follow this baptismal formula.

We believe as the scripture commands, we can be perfect and live free from sin, for which purpose Christ came and died.

We believe in the Father, Creator of all things; the Son as being sent into the world by the Father; and the Holy Spirit--all three wearing the name of Jesus, yet not the same being.

We believe that marriage or Holy matrimony is between one man and one woman, that being the organism with a penis determines the male, and the organism with the vagina determines the female as God designed it.

We believe and have learned that no one can attain to the heights of the spiritual - christian life alone and without the true knowledge of the word of God.
By standing squarely within the intersection of faith and life, TCOTLJC is able to provide a new, exciting and rewarding experience in Christ. We seek to provide a sanctuary for growth so that all can gain a deeper intimacy with God and a stronger relationship with each other.
